Description

Boxy is the fourth character recruited for SCCG. They are a brown humanoid cardboard box with labels, shipping stickers and duct tape on their body. They have a pile of dirt and a single red flower growing in their head. Boxy is a fairly average character with 6 hearts who's kit revolves around items, drawing them, stealing them and so on. Boxy is known to be fairly kind but isn't afraid to tell it like it is when they need to.

Lore

Having grown up with a single mother who worked constantly, Boxy was not accustomed to luxury or wealth due to their low financial status. They lived in a run-down dilapidated apartment building, even if it was sleazy and rough it was home. However due to poor building infrastructure the building collapsed causing them and their mother to be between housing for a good portion of their adolescent life.

When they were old enough they quickly took it upon themself to get a job, starting to work in a boxing factory part-time to help their mom get out of their financial rut. Eventually they were able to pool enough funds together to rent a decently sized house, partially thanks to a deal that Boxy's mother made with a real estate agent named Novu.

With the stress of financial pressures beginning to lift. Boxy wanted to pursue a more community-oriented job so that they could meet new people. They chose to become a postal worker, figuring they'd meet the most people. They became friends with other community members like Parsley, the local gardener who also worked part-time as a postal worker.

One day, when laying on their couch watching a bad soap opera on their TV, they heard a knock on their door, lumbering over to answer it. At the door was Isha'ba who explained that Boxy had been chosen to enter a fighting competition, Boxy initially refused but was convinced once Isha'ba mentioned the prize.
